Nevada Orthopedic and Spine Center’s Fast Track Clinic is intended for patients with very recent injuries, sprains or broken bones (fractures). The fast track clinic’s provide immediate access to orthopedic care so you can avoid the emergency room wait and cost. Because patients are seen without appointments, we are unable to predict your wait time.
IMPORTANT NOTE
If you had x-rays taken at another facility, please bring a physical copy with you to our Fast Track Clinic. Otherwise, we may need to repeat your x-rays.

Meet The Team


At Nevada Orthopedic and Spine Center’s Fast Track Clinic, a physician assistant will examine you, order x-rays if needed, provide a diagnosis and treat your specific injury. If the physician assistant determines that a physician is needed for your diagnosis, a referral to one of our orthopedic physicians at the location of your choice will be made.

Should You Come To Nevada Orthopedic and Spine Center’s Fast Track Clinic or Visit the Emergency Room?


Nevada Orthopedic and Spine Center’s Fast Track Clinic or Visit the Emergency Room? The following will help you determine the best course of treatment for your injury. Come to the Fast Track Clinic if you have a bone, joint or muscle injury that occurred within the past few days. Visit the Emergency Room if you are bleeding from an injury or contact you current treating physician’s office for guidance.

What To Expect


A member of our Fast Track Clinic will examine you, order x-rays if needed, provide a diagnosis and treat your specific injury. If the Fast Track Clinic provider determines that a physician is needed for your issue, a referral to one of our orthopedic physicians at the location of your choice will be made.

The following will NOT be treated at Nevada Orthopedic and Spine Center Fast Track Clinic’s:


● Prescription Refills
● Individuals bleeding from an injury. Please proceed directly to a hospital emergency room or contact your current treating physician’s office for guidance.
● Individuals whose pain is not the result of a very recent injury or if under the care of an orthopedic surgeon.
● Those suffering from long-term or chronic conditions, such as back pain. Please make an appointment to see one of our physicians who specializes in your condition by calling 702-878-0393. (The Fast Track Clinic is only appropriate in this situation if there has been a fall or other traumatic injury in the past few days.)
● Injuries due to animal bites
● Rib injuries
