Dr. Baker's career path also took him to Arizona, where he further specialized in a small, focused practice before bringing his wealth of experience to Nevada with a continued focus on treating patients with shoulder and knee problems.
His commitment to quality care is evident in his executive roles; he serves as the Vice Chief-of-Staff on the Medical Executive Committee and as Chairman of the Physician Performance Improvement Committee at Henderson Hospital since its inception. Additionally, he is Chairman of the Governing Board at Parkway Surgery Center, demonstrating his dedication to enhancing healthcare delivery and physician performance.
