Luke Porter, PA-C is a Board-Certified Physician Assistant who joined Nevada Orthopedic and Spine Center in September 2024. He specializes in general orthopedics and sports medicine.
Luke graduated with a Master’s of Science in Physician assistant studies from the Medical University of South Carolina in 2021. He has been practicing as a physician assistant in Las Vegas since graduating. He has prior experience in orthopedics working as an athletic trainer in south central Idaho. He earned a Masters of Science in Athletic Training studies from the University of Idaho and a Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise Physiology from Brigham Young University Idaho. He is passionate about orthopedics and working with athletes.
Luke Grew up in northern Idaho and enjoys the outdoors. He loves to watch and play sports. He and his wife are parents to 4 beautiful children who keep them very busy. When he is not busing chasing after kids, he enjoys barbequing, reading, and playing board games with friends.
