Paul A. Morgan, PA-C is a Board-Certified Physician Assistant who joined Nevada Orthopedic & Spine Center in January 2023. He specializes in general orthopedics, sports medicine and trauma.
Prior to attending Physician Assistant School, Paul worked as a Certified Orthopedic Technician where he did casting & splinting and assisted on orthopedic surgery cases. Mr. Morgan earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Utah. He then graduated from the University of Utah School of Medicine, Department of Family & Preventive Medicine Physician Assistant Program at the University of Utah in 1991. He received the Robert M. Alston Commitment to Excellence Award for outstanding class graduate.
Paul has been in practice as a Physician Assistant since 1991; initially working in Utah doing general orthopedic care before moving to Nevada in 1993. He worked in Nevada in general orthopedics, sports medicine and trauma until 2020. He was asked to take a position at Langley Air Force Base Hospital in Hampton Virginia where he spent two years doing fracture care, joint injections and assisting in surgeries as a first surgical assistant. After two years of service at Langley Air Force Base, Paul decided to return to Las Vegas.
Paul was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. He is married with 2 sons and 3 granddaughters. In his spare time, he loves running, biking, hiking and being outdoors.
